§ 30-5-9. Applicability of national guard provisions.
Except as otherwise prescribed in chapters 1 — 14 of this title and in the rules and
            regulations to be established by the governor, which rules and regulations shall have
            the force of law, the provisions of law and the regulations in respect to the national
            guard, where applicable, shall apply to the unorganized militia when called for active
            duty.
