§ 30-3-9. Qualifications of officers.
Commissioned officers and warrant officers of the national guard hereafter appointed shall be citizens of the United States, between the ages of eighteen (18) and sixty
(60)years, who shall have successfully passed such tests as to their moral, physical,
and professional fitness as shall be prescribed by the laws of the United States and
the regulations issued thereunder and as may be prescribed by the governor.
