§ 30-3-7. Appropriation for unit funds.
A sum to provide for § 30-3-6 is hereby annually appropriated, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated,
            to carry out the purpose of § 30-3-6; and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or her orders
            upon the general treasurer for the payment of this sum upon his or her receipt of
            properly authenticated vouchers.
