§ 30-3-25. Revocation of commission or warrant — Right to trial by court-martial.
The governor may revoke and cancel the commission of any commissioned officer or the warrant of any warrant officers in his or her discretion. The revocation and cancellation shall not be effectual if, within ten (10) days after receiving notice thereof, the officer shall demand of his or her immediate superior to be informed of the cause thereof and to be tried by a court-martial. If this demand is made, the officer on whom it is made shall transmit the demand to the governor who shall give the officer the required information and order that charges be duly preferred
