§ 30-21-13. Extension of credits, benefits, and privileges.
All credits, benefits, and privileges, excepting bonuses, granted and bestowed as
            of December 7, 1941 by the state upon men or women in the armed forces, shall be extended
            to include those veterans of the Desert Storm conflict, beginning August 2, 1990,
            and continuing to the present, honorably discharged from active duty.
