§ 30-2-18. Annual report of adjutant general.
The adjutant general shall annually make a report of the militia to the general assembly
            at its January session, and also present a copy of the report to the governor on or
            before the first day of January or at such other time as he or she shall direct. The
            report shall contain a detailed account of all moneys appropriated by the state and
            expended for the militia, and also, as far as such details are available to him or
            her, of all other money expended for the militia from whatever sources these moneys
            may be derived, and showing all these sources.
