§ 30-2-14. Bond of adjutant general.
The governor shall require the adjutant general to give bond to the state in the sum
            of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), with good and sufficient surety, to be approved
            by the governor, to faithfully discharge the duties of his or her office as adjutant
            general. The costs of the bond are to be paid for by state funds.
