§ 30-19-6. Supersession of other law — Liberal construction.
The provisions of this chapter shall be given full effect notwithstanding the provisions
            of § 33-15-13 or any other provisions of law contrary to the provisions of this chapter. This chapter
            shall be construed liberally so as to enable eligible veterans who are minors and
            their spouses and the minor spouses of eligible veterans to possess full legal capacity
            to obtain housing loans guaranteed under or provided under federal law.
