§ 30-17.1-3. Oath of officials — Bonds.
All officials appointed under the provisions of this chapter or chapter 24 of this
            title shall be duly sworn to the faithful performance of their duties. The director
            of veterans' affairs may, in the director's discretion, require of all officials subordinate
            to the director, bonds for the faithful performance of their duties.
