§ 30-16-1. Written statement as to degree of protection afforded.
No contract or agreement for the sale or construction of a bomb shelter, so-called,
            shall be valid unless, before the time of the making of the contract or agreement,
            the seller, builder, or erector shall have delivered a written statement in the English
            language to the purchaser in a form approved by the state department of transportation,
            fully setting forth the degree of protection afforded by that bomb shelter.
