§ 30-15-17. Severability.
If any part, subdivision, or section of this chapter shall be declared unconstitutional,
            the validity of the remaining parts thereof shall not be affected thereby. If any
            provision of this chapter, or the application of that provision to any person or circumstance,
            is held invalid, the remainder of the chapter and the application of that provision
            to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
