§ 30-14-4. Reference to laws includes amendments.
Whenever any reference is made to any section of chapters 1 — 14 of this title, or
            any regulation authorized thereunder, or to any law of this state, or the United States,
            or the rules and regulations authorized thereunder, that reference shall apply to
            all amendments and additions thereto now or hereafter made.
