§ 30-12-9. Unlawful wearing of uniform.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person not an officer or enlisted person of the national guard to wear the duly prescribed uniform of the national guard, or any distinctive part of that uniform, or a uniform any part of which is similar to a distinctive part of the duly prescribed uniform of the national guard, except members of the Department of Defense of the United States and the national guard or naval militia of this or any other state, members of associations wholly composed of soldiers, sailors, or marines and air persons honorably discharged from the service of the United States, veterans
