§ 30-12-8. Misappropriation of military property.
Any person who shall secrete, sell, dispose of, offer for sale, purchase, retain after
            demand made by the adjutant general or a commissioned officer of the national guard,
            willfully damage, or in any manner pledge or pawn any arms, ammunition, uniforms,
            equipment, supplies, or other property issued by the United States, or this state,
            for the use of the militia shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
