§ 25-2-45. Italian-American Heritage Month.
The month of October shall annually be set apart as a month to be known as "Italian-American
            Heritage Month.â€� The month shall be observed by the people of this state with appropriate
            ceremonies and activities that celebrate the many contributions Italian-Americans
            have made to our state.
