§ 25-2-36. Rhode Island Speech-Language-Hearing Awareness Week.
The first week of May in each year is designated as "Rhode Island Speech-Language-Hearing
            Awareness Week.â€� The week is to be observed by the people of this state with appropriate
            exercises in public places.
