§ 25-2-17. Dauphine Day.
The twenty-first day of April shall be set apart as a day to be known as "Dauphine
            Dayâ€� in honor of the arrival of the "Dauphineâ€� to Rhode Island in 1524. The day is
            to be observed by the people of this state with appropriate exercises in public places.
