§ 24-3-6. Filing and notice of report.

The town council or city council shall, within fourteen (14) days after the making of a report, cause personal notice to be served upon all persons named in the report, residing in the state, and shall also cause a copy of the notice to be published, as provided in § 24-3-7, to the effect that the report has been filed in the clerk's office, and that any person aggrieved by the report must file, with the clerk of the superior court for the county where the town or city is situated, a notice in writing of his or her intention to claim a jury trial as provided in § 24-3-8; and he or she shall also cause a copy of
