§ 22-6-5. Compensation of reading and recording clerks.
The reading clerk of the senate, the reading clerk of the house of representatives,
            and the recording clerk of the house of representatives shall each receive a sum in
            full payment for all services rendered at any regular session of the general assembly
            as determined and set by the joint committee on legislative services.
