§ 22-3-6. Continuing effect of lists — Violations by secretary of state.

The list of members of the senate and of the house of representatives prepared and corrected as provided in this chapter shall continue to be the lists of members of the senate and of the house respectively, until altered by vote of the respective houses, and any secretary of state who shall willfully fail to prepare and correct the lists according to the provisions of this chapter, or to do any other thing in relation to the lists provided in this chapter to be done by him or her, or who shall fraudulently place upon any of the lists the name of any person not provided in this
