§ 22-3-19. Sound system.
There shall be installed in the chambers of the general assembly for use by members
            a sound reinforcement system providing for pickup and amplification of one or more
            of one hundred and six (106) microphones under the control of the speaker of the house
            of representatives, with one of these microphones to be located on the desk of each
            representative, and amplification of one or more of fifty-four (54) microphones under
            the control of the president of the senate, with one of these microphones to be located
            on the desk of each senator.
