§ 22-14-8. Activities by terminated statutory entity.
Each entity may continue itself in existence for up to one year after scheduled termination
            for the purpose of completing its work and activities. During this completion period,
            termination shall not reduce or otherwise limit the powers or authority of each entity.
            Upon the expiration of one year after termination, each entity shall cease. All unexpended
            balances of appropriations or other funds shall revert to the general fund.
