§ 22-14-2. Quorum — Meetings.
Six (6) members of the commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of
            any business. Meetings of the commission may be held at any time or place upon call
            of any member, after a reasonable notice by mail to the other members, and shall be
            held at the times and places as in the judgment of the commission will best serve
            the convenience of all parties in interest.
