§ 22-12-5. Failure to supply information.

Whenever a bill or resolution, requiring a fiscal note as set forth in § 22-12-2, affects a city or town financially and the affected city or town fails to supply the necessary financial information or fails to cooperate with the agency or entity, as set forth in § 22-12-3, compiling the financial information within five (5) business days after the request for the financial information, then the chairperson of the legislative committee to which the bill is assigned shall notify the chief executive official of the city or town, by certified mail, return receipt requested, that the city or town has not supplied
