§ 20-2-9. Possession, inspection, and display of license.

Every person holding a license issued under this chapter shall have that license in his or her possession at all times while engaged in the licensed activity and shall present the license for inspection on demand by any authorized person. In the case of freshwater fishing, the licensee shall wear in any manner plainly visible upon the licensee's person while fishing, an identifying device as the director may prescribe, the device to be furnished by the director at a minimum cost to the licensee. Any person who shall refuse to present a license on demand shall be liable to the same
