§ 20-2-24. Recreational lobster license.

(a) Noncommercial pot: forty dollars ($40.00). The license is issued only to a legal resident of the state of Rhode Island.

(b) Noncommercial divers: forty dollars ($40.00). The license is issued only to a legal resident of the state of Rhode Island.
