§ 2-26-7. Licensure.

(a) Except as provided in this section, the commission shall accept the application for licensure to cultivate hemp submitted by the applicant.

(b) A person or entity, licensed by the commission pursuant to this chapter, shall allow hemp crops, throughout sowing, year-long growing seasons, harvest storage, and processing, manufacturing, and retail facilities to be inspected and tested by and at the discretion of the commission and as required pursuant to any applicable state or local food processing and safety regulations, including, but not limited to, those promulgated by the Rhode
