§ 2-25-4. Definitions.
When used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
(1) "Directorâ€� means the director of the department of environmental management or his
            or her duly authorized agent or agents.
         
(2) "Fundâ€� means the local agriculture and seafood small grants and technical assistance
            fund.
         
(3) "Programâ€� means the local agriculture and seafood small grants and technical assistance
            program.
