§ 2-18.1-25. Review of orders.
Any person affected by any order made or served pursuant to this chapter may have
            a review of the order by the director and from his or her decision may appeal to the
            courts for the purpose of having the order modified or suspended. Application for
            review may be made to the director, in writing, within ten (10) days after the receipt
            of the order and the review shall be allowed and considered by the director at any
            time and place that the director may prescribe.
