§ 2-18-12. Appeals from chief entomologist to director.
Any person aggrieved by any order made by the chief entomologist may appeal to the
            director of environmental management. The person may file with the director of environmental
            management, within five (5) days after the order is made or issued by the chief entomologist,
            a claim of appeal from the order, the appeal to be in writing.
