§ 2-16-11. Penalty for violations.
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or order established
            by the director or who interferes with the director or any of the director's authorized
            agents in the performance of the agent's duties shall, upon conviction, be fined not
            exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) for each offense.
