§ 19-8-1. Definitions.
For the purposes of this chapter the terms:
(1) "Controlâ€� shall have the meaning set forth in the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. § 1841 et seq.
(2) "Regulated institution� shall also include a Rhode Island bank-holding company.
