§ 19-2-4. Notice of subscribers' meeting.

The first meeting of the subscribers to the agreement to form shall be called by a notice signed either by that subscriber to the agreement to form who is designated in the agreement for this purpose, or by a majority of the subscribers. The notice shall state the time, place, and purposes of the meeting. A copy of the notice shall, at least seven (7) days before the day appointed for the meeting, be given to each subscriber or left at the subscriber's residence, and an affidavit of a majority of the signers of the notice that the notice has been served shall be recorded with the records of the f
