§ 19-14-16. Surrender of license.

Any licensee may surrender any license or branch certificate(s) by delivering to the director, or the director's designee, electronic notice through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System surrendering the license or branch certificate(s). The surrender shall not affect the licensee's civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior to the surrender. Electronic notice through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System of any surrender must be filed with the director, or the director's designee, within thirty (30) days of the termination of the business authorized by this chapter at the surrendered
