§ 19-12-4. Schedule of property given to receiver.

When a receiver or receivers are appointed, the president or treasurer of the financial institution or credit union shall make a schedule of its property, and shall make oath that the schedule sets forth all of the property that the financial institution or credit union owns or is entitled to. The treasurer shall deliver the schedule to the receiver or receivers, who may at any time examine, under oath, the treasurer, board of directors, or trustees, or other officers, to determine whether all of the property that the financial institution or credit union owns or is entitled to has come
