§ 19-12-3. Clerical assistance — Legal assistance.

The receiver, or receivers, are authorized to employ any clerical assistance as may be necessary, at the expense of the financial institution or credit union under receivership; but the duties of receivership shall be discharged by the receiver, or receivers, as part of their official duties. The receiver may appoint one or more special deputies to act for him or her, and may appoint clerks, assistants, agents, accountants, and legal counsel as he or she deems necessary.
