§ 18-2-6. Applicability to deceased and continuing trustees.
The provisions of §§ 18-2-1 — 18-2-8, as far as they relate to a trustee who is dead, shall include the case of a person
            nominated trustee in a will but dying before the testator; and these provisions, as
            far as they relate to a continuing trustee, shall include a refusing or retiring trustee,
            if willing to act in the execution of the provisions of §§ 18-2-1 — 18-2-8.
