§ 16-93.1-4. Meetings and bylaws.

(a) The commission shall meet at least six (6) times during a calendar year.

(b) At the first meeting, the commission shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson, and other officers from the voting members.

(c) The commission shall adopt bylaws governing the commission.
