§ 16-7.1-5.2. State intervention in the Providence public school district — Additional requirements.

For the duration of the effective period of the order of reconstitution and control, any collective bargaining agreement entered into on behalf of the Providence public school district shall not take effect until ratified by the council on elementary and secondary education at a public hearing held no earlier than seven (7) days after the terms of a tentative agreement ratified by the union are made public.
