§ 16-7.1-3. Accountability for district and school expenditures.

All school districts shall implement a uniform program to track educational expenditures and investments. All school districts shall prepare annual reports of its programs which shall be submitted to the department of elementary and secondary education by July 31 of each year. The business office in each school district shall annually declare that the facts and figures presented in the district expenditure report are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
