§ 16-7-42. Other aid for school housing projects — Effect.
In the computations of §§ 16-7-35 — 16-7-47, only that portion of the cost of school housing projects for which no aid has been
            received from the federal government under the provision of any present or subsequent
            federal legislation shall be used. In the computations of §§ 16-7-35 — 16-7-47, the cost of a school housing project shall be reduced by the amount of federal aid
            and other private and public funding that is applied to the project.
