§ 16-7-37. Reports from communities.
The superintendent of schools in each community shall certify to the commissioner
            of elementary and secondary education by the dates designated in accordance with the
            regulations of the board of regents for elementary and secondary education any information
            that may be needed for the operation of §§ 16-7-35 to 16-7-47, in any form and upon any blanks that the commissioner of elementary and secondary
            education shall require.
