§ 16-7-33. Evaluation of operations — Recommendations.
The commissioner of elementary and secondary education is directed to evaluate the
            operation of this chapter, and at least once every three (3) years the state board
            of regents for elementary and secondary education shall review the findings of the
            commissioner of elementary and secondary education and shall make its recommendations
            in writing to the governor and to the general assembly.
