§ 16-7-20.1. Annual report of number of children with disabilities receiving support.
The director of the department of behavioral healthcare, developmental disabilities
            and hospitals shall annually report on the first day of September to the commissioner
            of elementary and secondary education the number of children with disabilities affected
            by § 16-7-20 and the educational program costs for the children.
