§ 16-64-7. Pupil records — Transfer and access.
When the family court enters an order pursuant to the provisions of § 33-15.1-2 vesting the right to control a child's education with the department of children,
            youth, and families, that department shall be empowered to authorize and direct the
            transfer of public school pupil records pertaining to the child when the child is
            moved to a new city or town through action of the department of children, youth, and
            families.
