§ 16-59-16. Meaning of terms in existing law.
Whenin any law, resolution, document, record, instrument, proceeding, or other place
            the words "board of trustees of state collegesâ€� or "boards of regents for educationâ€�
            as they shall apply to higher education shall appear, they shall be construed to mean
            "board of governors for higher educationâ€�.
