§ 16-59-14. Pertinence of certain law relating to state colleges to board of governors.
The provisions of repealed §§ 16-31-8, 16-31-9, 16-31-10, 16-31-11, and 16-31-13 previously pertinent to the board of trustees of state colleges and made applicable
            to the board of governors for education are made applicable to the board of governors
            for higher education; provided, that § 16-59-23 shall not apply to members of the general assembly in their capacity as members of
            the board of governors.
