§ 16-57-6.7. Construction.
This chapter shall be liberally construed in order to effectuate the purposes and
            intent of this chapter. It is intended that the tuition savings program established
            pursuant to this chapter qualify as a "qualified state tuition programâ€� pursuant to
            § 529 of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 529. The provisions of this chapter shall be construed wherever possible to effectuate
            this intent.
