§ 16-45-3. Evaluation for future programming.
The board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall begin an investigation
            and upon its findings shall from time to time review and evaluate the specific vocational
            needs of the entire state. It shall annually report the evaluation to the governor
            and the general assembly and make recommendations for future programming of courses
            and facilities for vocational and technological training.
