§ 16-45-2. Curriculum — Certificates.
The board of regents for elementary and secondary education may authorize the registration
            of students in the regional vocational schools, arrange the curriculum, and at the
            completion of a course or courses issue a certificate stating that the student has
            completed the course and achieved proficiency in the course.
